Location: Stanton, CA

Pay Rate: $17.90 - $19.40 per hour

Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Ability to follow written and visual work instructions
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for detailed masking work
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or paint/coating environment
• Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Job Duties:

• Apply masking materials to protect designated areas of parts prior to painting or coating processes
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, taping, and covering components according to work instructions
• Ensure accuracy and precision in masking to meet quality and finish requirements
• Inspect masked parts for completeness and compliance before moving to the next production stage
• Remove masking materials as required without damaging finished surfaces
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
• Follow all safety procedures related to chemicals, coatings, and production materials
• Support production flow by meeting daily output and quality expectations
