What You’ll Tackle

• Own the build and upkeep of production schedules that meet customer demand while maximizing utilization of people, equipment, and materials.
• Partner closely with production, procurement, and logistics to align priorities and sequence work effectively.
• Track shop-floor progress daily; adjust plans quickly to reflect changes in demand or available capacity.
• Analyze throughput, lead times, and other KPIs to surface improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions.
• Communicate schedule updates clearly to teams and leadership so everyone understands status and changes.
• Contribute to long-range production planning efforts and capacity strategies.
• Maintain precise documentation for schedules, work orders, and inventory-related records.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Hands-on experience in production scheduling or a closely related function, ideally within manufacturing.
• Analytical strength with the ability to interpret data and make sound, timely decisions.
• Exceptional organization and time management with rigorous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative working style.
• Resilience and adaptability when priorities shift or timelines compress.
