Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations in an industrial manufacturing environment. The Material Handler will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, and transporting materials while ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Receive incoming materials, supplies, and equipment
Unload trucks and verify shipments against purchase orders
Inspect materials for damage or defects and escalate issues
Deliver materials to appropriate departments and obtain authorization
Prepare crates and materials for shipment;tag and label items correctly
Operate forklifts and heavy equipment to transport materials
Utilize SAP or other computerized inventory systems
Pull and stage materials accurately with location tracking
Maintain adequate warehouse supply inventory
Resolve simple vendor discrepancies and escalate complex issues
Follow all HSE and safety regulations and wear required PPE

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Material Handler in manufacturing or industrial setting
Extensive forklift experience (required)
Inventory management experience (SAP preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Valid driver s license
Ability to pass 11-panel drug screen and national background check
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
Comfortable using computers, printers, scanners, and office equipment

Work Environment

Frequent forklift operation
Exposure to warehouse/manufacturing environment
Team-based environment focused on continuous improvement
