Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday work may be required based on business needs
- Overtime as needed

Job Overview
The Manufacturing Material Handler provides logistical support for manufacturing operations and assists multiple departments as needed, with a primary focus on production support. This is an on-site, hourly position that may require employees to be in their assigned work area before the start of the shift to prepare and stage materials. Additional hours may be required during peak production periods and year-end demand.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure accurate physical and electronic tracking of inventory and material movements.
- Count and verify materials against work orders and packing lists.
- Transfer inventory between departments and locations using forklifts and handheld scanning devices.
- Communicate inventory discrepancies or system issues to team leads and department supervisors.
- Handle materials efficiently, safely, and accurately throughout the facility.
- Maintain daily equipment inspection and material movement records.
- Participate in problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and contribute as a team member.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and respectful attitude in both independent and team-based work environments.
- Work overtime when required to support business needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate computer proficiency.
- Ability to safely operate a forklift.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Proven reliability and consistent work history.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during 8-hour shifts.
- Ability to lift 35–50 lbs. regularly and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
