Join our manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Methods Engineering Technician (2nd shift) and play a key role in driving operational efficiency and equipment reliability. Assist in designing and optimizing manufacturing systems to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency Execute preventive maintenance programs and troubleshoot equipment issues to reduce downtime Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and data-driven analysis Maintain compliance with operational health and safety standards while ensuring quality control across production What are the key skills we are looking for?
