A dynamic, loud production floor with seasonal temperature extremes; occasional work at heights or in non‑permit confined spaces with training; proximity to energized equipment, pinch points, sharp/hot surfaces, metal dust/slivers, and hazardous/explosive chemicals. PPE is required. Operations commonly follow a 12‑hour rhythm with an alternating 36/48‑hour weekly pattern.
