Find your future with us. **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is seeking a **Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3)** to join the **Interiors Responsibility Center (IRC) team** in **Everett, Washington** . **Position Responsibilities:** + Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria + Analyzes and interprets data + Provides feedback on assessment results + Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes + Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans + Works under general direction **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + 1+ years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives + 1+ years of experience using Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) + 1+ years of experience in Data Analysis + 1+ years in a role that requires effective communication with employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Bachelor's degree or higher + 1+ years of experience implementing lean manufacturing principles in a production system + 1+ years of experience with Project Management + 1+ years of experience working in a production environment **Conflict of Interest:** Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. **Drug Free Workplace:** Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. **Total Rewards:** At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
