The Boeing Company is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join our Manufacturing Research & Development team in Ridley Park, PA.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Career and Expert Manufacturing Operations Analysts.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide factory support by working with existing production processes and equipment.
  • Identify and implement effective manufacturing technologies, tools, and equipment to meet build requirements.
  • Support repair efforts for defective conditions on aircraft.
  • Identify & Drive process improvements in cost, quality and schedule.
  • Participate in Root Cause Corrective Actions to prevent defects.
  • Maintain daily collaboration with shop personnel.
  • Work independently and proactively.
  • Focus specifically on paint, chemical, sealant, adhesive, coatings, and tape materials/processes used in Ridley Park production.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Working knowledge of PHL paint, chemical, sealant, adhesive, coatings, masking engineering/specifications.
  • Level 3: Six (6) or more years' hands-on experience supporting paint, chemical, sealant, adhesive, coatings, and/or tape processes in Ridley Park Production.
  • Level 4: Ten (10) or more years' hands-on experience supporting paint, chemical, sealant, adhesive, coatings, and/or tape processes in Ridley Park Production.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with process improvement implementation in production areas.
  • Experience implementing manufacturing technologies, tools and equipment.
  • Experience referencing engineering drawings, specifications, departures utilizing REDARS, PSDS, and IPDM.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

Summary Pay Range:

Level 3: $80,000 - $143,000

Level 4: $98,000 - $175,000
