Position: Manufacturing Operations Associate
Location: Lenexa, KS 66215
Duration: 6 Months

Work Type: Onsite

Shift: Weekend Day Shift - Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 06:00 AM to 06:30 PM

• Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, GMP requirements, SOPs, and company guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant manufacturing environment.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to support efficient production and maintain high-quality products.
• Perform routine inspections of materials, components, equipment, and finished products to identify defects or abnormalities.
• Troubleshoot production and equipment issues and promptly escalate concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established standard operating procedures and accurately complete production records, DHRs, logbooks, and inspection documentation.
• Maintain accurate material identification, lot numbers, quantities, and product traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
• Support material dispensing, line startup, changeover, line clearance, reconciliation, and other production activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area throughout the assigned shift.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and Lead Operators to identify and implement process improvements.
• Communicate material shortages, quality concerns, equipment issues, and production discrepancies clearly and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
• Participate in required training programs to enhance technical skills, manufacturing knowledge, safety awareness, and overall job performance.

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, materials, quality, or inspection environment preferred.
• Experience operating or monitoring manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify product defects and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Knowledge of SOPs, GMP, safety procedures, and manufacturing practices is preferred.
• Ability to accurately identify materials, quantities, lot numbers, and product information.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures and production priorities.
