• Production Execution: Operate machinery safely and effectively; assemble and package items exactly to spec.
• Quality & Monitoring: Watch for process deviations; communicate issues to supervisors quickly.
• Safety & Housekeeping: Follow all safety protocols; keep your station clean and organized.
• Teamwork: Partner with colleagues to meet targets and hit deadlines.
• Growth: Engage in training and development to expand your skills.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior production/manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Detail orientation with a commitment to quality outcomes.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
• Capability to lift and move heavy items when the job requires.

Additional Strengths

• Proficiency with shipping and receiving.
• Experience in warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of inventory management and control.
• Packaging skills and familiarity with materials and equipment.
