A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Coordinatorto support precision manufacturing operations involving automated production equipment, small components, and microscope-based assembly and inspection.

Manufacturing Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Operate automated production equipment according to established procedures and perform precision soldering and small-part assembly under a microscope.
• Conduct visual and precision inspections to verify product quality, identify defects, and ensure manufacturing standards are consistently met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation while properly handling small components and following all applicable safety protocols.
• Document production activities, communicate issues to supervisors, and collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
• Support efficient manufacturing operations through accurate, focused work and adherence to established processes, including lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.

Manufacturing Operations Coordinator Qualifications:

• Demonstrated precision soldering experience and ability to work effectively with small components.
• Experience operating production machinery is preferred.
• Experience using microscopes or similar inspection equipment for detailed assembly or quality inspection.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Shift:

• Day shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Schedule may be flexible once training is complete.
