Manufacturing Operations Leader, Precast Concrete Plant

Salary: $210,000 (DOE)

As our Manufacturing Operations Leader in Rialto, CA, you’ll galvanize people, process, and technology to deliver safe, high-quality, and cost-effective output—every shift, every day.

Your impact

  • Champion a safety-first culture while orchestrating production, maintenance, quality assurance, and distribution.
  • Design the operating playbook—policies, procedures, and training—that powers repeatable excellence.
  • Instrument the business with KPI systems: collect data, analyze productivity, and set targets aligned to revenue and cost goals; communicate insights through reports and presentations.
  • Grow talent through clear expectations, coaching, feedback, and development plans; assess performance and ensure continuity.
  • Own budgets and P&L performance; analyze financials, manage costs, and make decisions grounded in data.
  • Advance our reputation and pursue opportunities that fuel growth.
  • Ensure leadership directives are converted into durable results via follow-up, verification, and corrective action.
  • Collaborate across EHS, HR, Maintenance, Logistics, and other support partners.
  • And, as in any dynamic plant environment—take on other duties as required.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years managing operations in manufacturing, leading teams and resources across product, budgets, change, and quality.
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing; construction-related/building materials preferred.
  • Commercially minded and comfortable engaging all levels of leadership up to C-level.
  • Leader of large, multi-tier teams with strong structure and effective delegation through frontline leaders.
  • A quality advocate who sets expectations, enforces accountability, and fosters proactive problem-solving.

Strengths you bring

  • End-to-end understanding of operations, sales, and project management.
  • Lead-by-example style with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Financial fluency: budgeting, P&L analysis, cost control, and data-backed decisions.
  • Organization and discipline to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives, and follow through consistently.
  • Delivery excellence across the product/project lifecycle.
  • Ownership, reliability, and steady execution; strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail orientation that protects quality, safety, financial outcomes, and customer confidence.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and Visio (or comparable tools).
