A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a manufacturing site of approximately 35 employees. This is an outstanding opportunity for a high performing Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager, Production Manager, Department Manager, or Area Manager who is ready to step into broader site leadership.
We are interested in leaders from chemical manufacturing, raw material processing, plastics processing, polymer compounding, rubber compounding, specialty chemicals, resins, additives, coatings, adhesives, industrial minerals, ingredients manufacturing, or similar process manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of plant operations, including safety, quality, production, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
- Develop supervisors and frontline leaders while building a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
- Drive productivity, throughput, quality, and cost improvement initiatives.
- Partner with executive leadership on capital projects, operational strategy, and business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster employee engagement and build high performing teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience leading supervisors, managers, or production teams.
- Manufacturing experience within chemicals/ raw materials or plastic processing
- Demonstrated ability to improve operational performance, develop people, and lead change.
