Description
Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading print manufacturing company in the Morrisville, NC area with hiring a Site Director to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits.
Job Responsibilities
Lead daily site operations while driving improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and delivery
Manage and develop a large manufacturing team, including leadership staff and direct reports
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve production flow
Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational goals and business objectives
Monitor key performance metrics and drive accountability across the organization
Support budgeting, cost control, labor optimization, and overall site financial performance
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and quality systems

Qualifications
10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
Strong background in operations leadership within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Experience in an on-demand, made-to-order, or high-mix production environment
Proven Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience
Strong understanding of ISO standards and quality processes
Experience with P&L, budgeting, and cost management
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred
Experience leading large teams in a hands-on manufacturing environment
