Manufacturing Operations Specialist – 1st Shift Pay: $18/hr
Monday-Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm + OT Overview
Step into a key role supporting daily production in a medical device manufacturing environment. As a Manufacturing Operations Specialist (1st Shift), you’ll help keep operations running smoothly by providing administrative support on the production floor, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring records align with Good Documentation Practices (GDP). If you’re highly detail-oriented, organized, and motivated by regulated, quality-driven work, this position offers a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Required Skills

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably medical device or another regulated industry
• Basic understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Comfort using Excel for data entry, tracking, and basic reporting support
• Ability to learn and navigate an ERP system (for work order updates, material movements, and documentation routing)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and support multiple tasks

Nice to Have Skills

• Prior experience with Batch Record Review (BRR)
• Familiarity with regulated manufacturing processes such as FDA and ISO 13485
• Previous administrative or production support experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in medical devices or other regulated industries
