Utilize root cause analysis to ensure all failures are fully understood and can be prevented in the future.

Read and understand schematics of various forms, including all symbols and terminology.

Assist R&D and manufacturing engineering introduce or modify processes, programs or fixtures to produce microelectronic assemblies.

Able to follow complex verbal and written instructions.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail. Able to multi-task and organize workload and assignments. The ability to stand, sit, stoop or bend for at least six hours or more per day; the ability to lift 25 pounds multiple times per day/week; the ability to use a microscope for extended periods of time.
Desired: Hands on experience operating and/or programming GPD dispense, MRSI component placement or H&K bonding equipment
2-4 years relevant experience with automated microelectronics assembly equipment.
Demonstrated use of tools and equipment to handle ultra-small parts and assemblies.
Demonstrates a high level of manual dexterity and hand to eye coordination. Demonstrated effective written and verbal skills.
Education:
High School diploma, GED or equivalent
At least 2-4 Years of experience of Micro Assembly
