A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Specialist to support the assembly and production of Network Analyzer, Signal Analyzer, and Signal Generator products. This role is responsible for coordinating production activities, supporting new product introductions, managing materials and assembly workflows, and collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.

Manufacturing Operations Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Support production and assembly operations by coordinating activities across multiple products, managing assembly progress, and organizing materials for both current production and new product introductions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product planning, technicians, and operators to execute assembly processes, support manufacturing objectives, and provide feedback for process improvements.
  • Lead communication and coordination with assembly teams to ensure efficient workflow, quality execution, and alignment with production schedules.
  • Develop and maintain systems for tracking, organizing, and managing new and existing materials throughout the manufacturing and product launch lifecycle.
  • Perform inspections of finished products in accordance with established cosmetic and quality standards to ensure customer and manufacturing requirements are met.

Manufacturing Operations Specialist Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of manufacturing experience supporting engineering teams and production operations throughout the product manufacturing lifecycle.
  • Ability to obtain or maintain ITAR clearance.
  • Experience assembling small parts using hand tools, electric drivers, and precision assembly techniques.
  • Ability to work in an ESD-controlled manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and follow detailed assembly procedures.
  • Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) activities and manufacturing process improvements is preferred.

Shift:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with some flexibility.
