Our Client, a Global Provider of Electronic Design and Test Solution company, is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Specialist for their Santa Rosa, CA location.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Interface with Cross-functional Engineering teamsand provide general support for the production team, with special attention to quality, support of New Product Introduction activities.
  • Execute assembly processes developed by Engineering and be able to provide constructive and collaborative feedback.
  • Lead communication with Assembly team.
  • Manage and create systems to organizenew and leveraged materials during current production and New Product Introduction progress.
  • Perform inspections of finished products according to pre-established Keysight Cosmetic Standards.
 
Requirements:
  • ITAR clearance
  • Growth mindset
  • Assembling small parts with hand tools and electric drivers
  • Work in an ESD environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow assembly procedures
  • 3 to5 years’ experience demonstrating success working with Engineering teams and partners all throughout the manufacturing process
  • High School diploma
