Our Client, a Global Provider of Electronic Design and Test Solution company, is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Specialist for their Santa Rosa, CA location.
Responsibilities:
- Interface with Cross-functional Engineering teams and provide general support for the production team, with special attention to quality, support of New Product Introduction activities.
- Execute assembly processes developed by Engineering and be able to provide constructive and collaborative feedback.
- Lead communication with Assembly team.
- Manage and create systems to organize new and leveraged materials during current production and New Product Introduction progress.
- Perform inspections of finished products according to pre-established Keysight Cosmetic Standards.
Requirements:- ITAR clearance
- Growth mindset
- Assembling small parts with hand tools and electric drivers
- Work in an ESD environment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and follow assembly procedures
- 3 to 5 years’ experience demonstrating success working with Engineering teams and partners all throughout the manufacturing process
- High School diploma
