Our Client, a Global Provider of Electronic Design and Test Solution company, is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Support - Entry (Swing) for their Rancho Santa Margarita, CA location.
Responsibilities:
- Through on the job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations, including performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope.
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential in this position.
Requirements:- Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use
- Strong manual dexterity
- High volume parts inspection and handling
- Microscopic inspection
- Part deburring, cleaning, and handling
- Precision pin, thread, and ring gaging
- Part sorting using specialized tools/equipment
- Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Some college or technical coursework preferred
- Ability to read and converse in English
- Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
