Duties:Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Support - Entry (Swing)
Location: Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 
Duration: 24 months
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
Swing Shift: 2pm – 10pm
 
Duties:
  • The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA provides precision-machined components that power industry-leading electronic measurement equipment.
  • In this full-time role, you will support all Hand Operations including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort and Deburr processes on evening shift.
  • Through on the job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations, including performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope.
  • Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential in this position.
  • Clients are seeking a self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and values teamwork.
  • The start time for this position is between 3pm and 4pm.
  • May be required to work on day shift during training periods.
 
Skills: 
  • Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use.
  • Strong manual dexterity.
  • High volume parts inspection and handling.
  • Microscopic inspection.
  • Part deburring, cleaning, and handling.
  • Precision pin, thread, and ring gaging.
  • Part sorting using specialized tools/equipment.
  • Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience.
 
Education:      
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Some college or technical coursework preferred.
  • Ability to read and converse in English.
  • Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
