Manufacturing Operations Support - Entry (Swing)

Our client, a Global provider of electronic design and test solutions company, is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Support - Entry (Swing) for their Rancho Santa Margarita, CA location.
 
Responsibilities:

• The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA provides precision-machined components that power client industry-leading electronic measurement equipment.
• Through on the job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations, including performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope.
• Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential in this position.

• Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use
• Strong manual dexterity
• High volume parts inspection and handling
• Microscopic inspection
• Part deburring, cleaning, and handling
• Precision pin, thread, and ring gaging
• Part sorting using specialized tools/equipment
• Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Some college or technical coursework preferred
• Ability to read and converse in English
• Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
