Manufacturing Operations Support

Our client, a Global provider of electronic design and test solutions, is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Support for their Rancho Santa Margarita, CA location.

Responsibilities:

• This site provides precision-machined components that power industry-leading electronic measurement equipment.
• Support all Hand Operations, including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort, and Deburr processes on day shift.
• Through on the job training, responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations, including performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope.

Requirements:

• Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)

• Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use

• Strong manual dexterity

• High volume parts inspection and handling

• Experience with

• Microscopic inspection

• Part deburring, cleaning, and handling

• Precision pin, thread, and ring gaging

• Part sorting using specialized tools/equipment

• Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience

• High School diploma or equivalent; Some college or technical coursework preferred
