Our client, a Global provider of electronic design and test solutions, is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Support for their Rancho Santa Margarita, CA location.

Responsibilities:
- This site provides precision-machined components that power industry-leading electronic measurement equipment.
- Support all Hand Operations, including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort, and Deburr processes on day shift.
- Through on the job training, responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations, including performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope.
Requirements:
- Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use
- Strong manual dexterity
- High volume parts inspection and handling
- Experience with
- Microscopic inspection
- Part deburring, cleaning, and handling
- Precision pin, thread, and ring gaging
- Part sorting using specialized tools/equipment
- Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
- High School diploma or equivalent; Some college or technical coursework preferred
