Description
Our client, a Global provider of electronic design and test solutions, is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Support for their Rancho Santa Margarita, CA location.
Responsibilities:
This site provides precision-machined components that power industry-leading electronic measurement equipment.
Support all Hand Operations, including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort, and Deburr processes on day shift.
Through on the job training, responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations, including performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope.
Requirements:
Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use
Strong manual dexterity
High volume parts inspection and handling
Experience with
Microscopic inspection
Part deburring, cleaning, and handling
Precision pin, thread, and ring gaging
Part sorting using specialized tools/equipment
Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
High School diploma or equivalent; Some college or technical coursework preferred
