Our Client, a Global Provider of Electronic Design and Test Solution company, is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Support for their Rancho Santa Margarita, CA location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA provides precision-machined components that power Client industry-leading electronic measurement equipment.
  • In this full-time role, you will support all Hand Operations, including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort, and Deburr processes on day shift.
  • Through on the job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations, including performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope.
  • Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential in this position.
 
Requirements:
  • A self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and values teamwork.
  • Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use
  • Strong manual dexterity
  • High volume parts inspection and handling
  • Microscopic inspection
  • Part deburring, cleaning, and handling
  • Precision pin, thread, and ring gaging
  • Part sorting using specialized tools/equipment
  • Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Some college or technical coursework preferred
  • Ability to read and converse in English
  • Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
