Duties:
  • The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA provides precision-machined components that power Client's industry-leading electronic measurement equipment.
  • In this full-time role, you will support all Hand Operations, including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort, and Deburr processes on evening shift. Through on‐the‐job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations, including performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential in this position.
Skills:
  • Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use
  • Strong manual dexterity
  • High‐volume parts inspection and handling
  • Microscopic inspection
  • Part deburring, cleaning, and handling
  • Precision pin, thread, and ring gaging
  • Part sorting using specialized tools/equipment
  • Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience

Education:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Some college or technical coursework preferred
  • Ability to read and converse in English
  • Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
