What you'll do
- Track process performance, spot defects fast, and dig into root causes to prevent recurrence.
- Tweak procedures and parameters to improve throughput and stability.
- Onboard and train new hire production associates on processes and procedures.
- Show up consistently: be on time, every scheduled shift, and complete your full shift.
- Step up for overtime when production requires it.
- Work cooperatively across teams to meet goals.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external customers to resolve quality issues.
- Generate and maintain the required documentation and records.
- Earn and maintain operator certification for each job you run.
- Support your Supervisor or Team Lead with other reasonable tasks.
- Champion continuous improvement—contribute ideas and participate in CI activities.
- Be flexible to work afternoon or night shift as needed.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (such as forklifts) safely and productively when needed.
When you'll work
Monday - Friday (8 hours)
- 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Alternate Work Schedule (12 hours)
- 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
