In this Manufacturing Operations Technician role, you’ll help transform raw thermoplastics and components into finished fans and systems that keep critical operations running cleanly and safely.
You’ll rotate between material handling, shipping/receiving activities, and hands-on assembly. You’ll stage raw materials (including thermoplastics), operate and adjust production equipment, use hand tools to build subassemblies, and help assemble fans and related system components. Along the way, you’ll record measurements and pass/fail results, log production data (scrap, downtime, deviations), and participate in daily productivity huddles.

Work Environment This position is based in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, moving equipment and other standard industrial conditions, and is required to wear to personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Physical Demands: Positions in this function typically require standing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions. Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Concentrated mental and/or visual attention. The work involves close accuracy and visual awareness.
• Compliance with company attendance standards.
