What You'll Do as a Manufacturing Operator:
  • Set up and operate manufacturing equipment including punch press, press brake, and turret machines
  • Assemble components and finished goods using various production methods
  • Install, adjust, and align tooling and equipment for production runs
  • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules
  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues as needed
  • Perform inspections using measuring tools to ensure product quality
  • Handle materials and load or unload machines to maintain production flow
  • Complete production documentation and maintain a clean, safe work environment

What You Need to Bring to the Manufacturing Operator Role:
  • Must have a High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have at least 6 months experience in manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation preferred
  • Experience with punch press, press brake, or turret machines preferred
  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
  • Must be able to perform basic math and measurement calculations
  • Must be able to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and gauges
  • Ability to operate machinery and hand tools with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail #ManufacturinginWI
