Manufacturing Operator – 1st Shift
Location: Woodridge, IL
Barton Staffing is currently hiring Manufacturing Operators for a short-term project in Woodridge, IL. This assignment is expected to last approximately 3 weeks.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform visual inspections of PCBs to meet workmanship requirements.
- Follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
- Read product sheets and production documentation.
- Operate manufacturing equipment and testing tools.
- Perform tasks such as:
- Taping
- Gluing
- Heat gun shrink wrapping
- Wire cutting and wire stripping
- Use basic computer functions, including touchscreen, mouse, and keyboard.
- Complete quality checks and maintain attention to detail.
