Role: Operator/Assembly Location: Minnetonka, MN
Job Description:
Perform routine and repetitive assembly work under direct supervision.
Read and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
Assemble and handle small parts and components.
Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
Operate equipment safely and perform basic preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot routine production issues and communicate problems or solutions.
Follow safety, quality, and company procedures.
Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.
Maintain accurate records and ensure product traceability.
Work with supervisors and team members to meet production and quality goals.
Participate in quality and process improvement initiatives.
Previous manufacturing, assembly, medical device, or regulated production experience is preferred.
