Location: Delavan, WI Position Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay: $16.00/hr
We are seeking dependable individuals to join our team as Manufacturing Operators. This role involves machine operation, assembly, soldering, testing, inspection, and packaging in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will be reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
Operate manufacturing equipment and automated production lines
Perform assembly, soldering, testing, inspection, and packaging duties
Complete production paperwork accurately and on time
Identify defects and ensure products meet quality standards
Clean equipment, pallets, and work areas as required
Perform basic equipment maintenance and upkeep
Follow work instructions and verify processes through electronic systems
Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
Ability to learn multiple production stations and processes
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to accept direction and work effectively as part of a team
Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
Basic computer skills for production documentation and electronic systems
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements throughout the shift
Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to twist, reach, and move frequently throughout the workday
