CoWorx is hiring multiple Manufacturing Operators for a steady 2nd shift opportunity in the Dover, NH area.
This is a great fit for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, consistency, and mastering a process over time.
Responsibilities:
- Operate manufacturing equipment and follow established processes
- Perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Inspect parts and ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Desired Background/Skills:
- Prior manufacturing or production experience required (1 year+)
- Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks and meet production goals
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
Other Information:
- Consistent 4-day work week (long weekends!)
- Opportunity to convert to a permanent role after 600 hours
- Pay increases based on experience and long-term potential
