We are seeking a motivated Press Operator to join our manufacturing team in Edina, MN. This position is responsible for operating and learning advanced die-cutting equipment while producing high-quality parts in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate die-cutting presses and production equipment
Learn and operate High-Speed Preco Presses, Digital Knife Cutters, and Rotary Presses
Convert and process materials according to production specifications
Inspect parts and materials to ensure quality standards are met
Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules
Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized
Qualifications:
Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
