Location: Hampshire, IL

Pay Rate: $25.85 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Requirements:

• 2+ years of machine setup and manufacturing experience
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and work in a physical manufacturing environment
• Commitment to safety and quality standards

Job Duties:

• Set up and operate lathes, mills, Haas equipment, and other production machinery
• Perform machine changeovers, adjustments, and tooling setups
• Manufacture custom components according to specifications
• Perform fabrication tasks including cutting, drilling, trimming, punching, and shaping
• Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment
• Load and unload materials and move products throughout the facility
• Complete production documentation and basic equipment maintenance
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and maintain a clean, safe work area
