Job Title: Manufacturing Operator I

- Responsible for the final packaging of various product lines for the Biotech industry.
- Employees complete production processes by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instruction Documents.
- The role involves routine tasks with occasional deviations, requiring moderate complexity.
- Precision is essential as errors could lead to significant interpretative issues.
Essential Functions:
- Operate and/or monitor production equipment, making necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality results in the work area.
- Collaborate with other technicians to perform filling, labeling, and packaging of products.
- Comprehend production paperwork, including product reconciliation, label reconciliation, labor sheets, product fill checks, and torque checks.
- Follow manufacturing paperwork meticulously without deviating from instructions.
- Handle chemicals and hazardous materials safely.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and procedures.
- Follow ISO 13485 guidelines and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Clean and sanitize work areas, machines, glassware, or equipment as required.
- Optimally communicate and collaborate with work groups to ensure task and project completion.
- Perform duties in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Be flexible to work overtime and varying shifts.
- Perform other assigned duties.
