Our client, a leader in the biotech manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join their team. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring the final packaging of various product lines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Operator I (First Shift)

Location: Eugene, OR

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Days (40 hours)

What's the Job?

  • Operate and monitor labeling and packaging equipment, making necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with team members to perform filling, labeling, and packaging of products.
  • Follow production paperwork meticulously, including product reconciliation, label reconciliation, and quality checks.
  • Handle chemicals and hazardous materials safely, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, supporting compliance with ISO 13485 guidelines and SOPs.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Previous experience in production or laboratory settings is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to operate basic packaging and labeling equipment with precision.
  • Comfortable handling chemicals and hazardous materials safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
