Job Title: Manufacturing Operator / Medical Device Assembler

Job Description:
- Assemble, test, inspect, and repair medical devices such as pacemakers and ICDs.
- Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Use small hand tools and handle small components with accuracy.
- Maintain production and quality records to ensure product traceability.
- Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Use basic computer systems for data entry and documentation.
- Work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict gowning and dress code requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
