Manufacturing Operators are responsible for the manufacturing, blending, and packaging of high‑tech food and beverage ingredients. These ingredients include seasonings, flavor extracts, oils, and dry spices. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, dependable, and hard‑working, with a strong technical and mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform effectively in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, and demonstrated computer skills
Ability to work effectively and professionally in a team environment
Reliable attendance and ability to follow company policies, procedures, and supervisory direction
Demonstrated commitment to protecting company property and interests
Ability to clearly communicate in legible handwriting and comprehend written materials
Working Conditions:
Ability to work an off‑shift role, which may include evenings, nights, weekends, and/or extended hours based on production needs
Manufacturing environment with exposure to food ingredients, spices, and flavoring components
Work in hot and cold conditions throughout an eight (8) hour shift
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs or ladders
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
Frequent climbing on and off lift trucks
Required use of PPE, including the ability to wear a PAPR (Powered Air Purifying Respirator)
