Manufacturing Operator
Pay: $20.00–$23.00/hour (Paid Weekly)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Location: Onsite – Pompano Beach, FL 33069
Assignment Length: 6 Months
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable Manufacturing Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate manufacturing equipment and perform assembly and processing tasks to produce high-quality finished products according to established specifications. Candidates must be committed to maintaining quality standards and following all safety procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Operate manufacturing equipment to assemble and process products.
  • Produce finished products that meet established quality standards.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous manufacturing experience required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
