Production Operator 1st Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a Production Operator to support daily operations in a manufacturing/production environment. This position performs basic production duties under the guidance of a qualified operator while following established safety, quality, and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic production and work-area functions with appropriate oversight.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions accurately.
• Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks.
• Follow all company Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability policies and procedures.
• Communicate and collaborate professionally with coworkers and supervisors.
• Assist team members as needed to achieve production and work-center goals.
