Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in the medical device or diagnostic manufacturing sectors
- Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures
- Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills for manufacturing equipment
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Prior experience assembling complex products and working within regulatory standards
Other Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 8 hours a day
- Fully on-site role located in Santa Clara, CA
- Work hours: Monday Friday, 7:00 am 3:30 pm
- Prompt, regular attendance is essential
