What You Will Do
This is a Weekend Shift Opportunity. Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 6:00am -6:30pm, Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours.
This position is designed to give individuals with little or no machining or grinding background the skills they need to become a Certified Operator at Pratt & Whitney.
Employees selected for this position will attend a 3-week training program and participate in 4-8 weeks of the on the job training.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employees personal responsibility.
Pratt & Whitney North Berwick is a FAA regulated facility and as such under the U.S. Departments of Transportations Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This position is considered safety sensitive in accordance with FAA Guidelines. Candidate will be subject to drug and alcohol testing as a pre-employment contingency and also subject to ongoing random testing as an employee per FAAs regulation 14 CFR part 120, as well as 49 CFR part 40.
