    Description

    The MOQ Project Manager is responsible for driving execution discipline across Manufacturing Outbound Quality (MOQ). This role owns end-to-end coordination, integration, and delivery tracking across standards, KPI reporting, audit readiness, and expansion initiatives. The position enables leadership to operate at a strategic level by ensuring initiatives are aligned, risks are surfaced early, and commitments are delivered on time.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own and manage the integrated MOQ execution roadmap across standards governance, KPI reporting cadence, audit and compliance activities, and expansion initiatives

    • Drive cross-functional coordination and alignment across regions, standards owners, reporting teams, and audit stakeholders

    • Identify, track, and support mitigation of risks, gaps, and conflicts across workstreams

    • Ensure on-time delivery of initiatives through disciplined tracking of milestones, actions, and dependencies

    • Validate regional data and input readiness ahead of reporting deadlines; drive issue resolution when inputs are late or inconsistent

    • Coordinate audit and compliance preparation across QMS health checks, MOQ audits, and SIS audits, ensuring documentation completeness and closure tracking

    • Support standards lifecycle execution, including concurrence timelines, release readiness checkpoints, and audit-driven updates

    • Enable continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives to strengthen execution rigor and operational efficiency

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, or related field

    • 7+ years of relevant working experience

    • Proven experience in project or program management within a manufacturing, quality, or governance environment

    • Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and timelines in a global organization

    • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills

    • High level of execution discipline and attention to detail

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working with quality systems, audits, or standards governance

    • Exposure to KPI reporting environments or large-scale operational reporting

    • Experience supporting global or regional coordination initiative
