Position Overview: 
As a Manufacturing Packager / Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production, packaging, inspection, and quality assurance of medical devices. Working within a clean room and adhering to strict GMP, safety, and PPE protocols, you will ensure products meet quality standards and are produced efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Operate packaging machinery to seal, label, and prepare products for shipment according to detailed specifications. 

• Clean, disassemble, reassemble, and maintain production equipment and glassware. 

• Load and unload materials, parts, and components, ensuring proper handling and documentation. 

• Perform specialized operations such as cleaning, masking, texturing, grit/micro-blasting, and etching as per blueprints and procedures. 

• Measure, weigh, and document material usage accurately, maintaining precise production records. 

• Conduct comprehensive visual inspections and quality checks, reporting any issues or deviations immediately. 

• Keep workstations organized, stocked, and maintained in compliance with cleanliness and safety standards. 

• Follow all GMP, clean room protocols, PPE guidelines, and work instructions diligently. 

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or GED required. 

• Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, medical device production, or clean room environment preferred. 

• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. 

• Ability to work with small components and perform repetitive tasks while remaining focused. 

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently within a regulated environment. 

• Comfortable wearing PPE and working with process chemicals. 

• Proficient in reading and communicating in English with the ability to follow written procedures and quality standards. 

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. comfortably. 

Schedule Details: 

• Multiple shifts available from Monday to Friday. 

• Overtime as needed to support production demands.

Pay Details: $19.96 per hour
