  • Do you communicate clearly and take direction well?
  • Can you stay organized, keep work areas clean, and follow GMP hygiene practices?

  • Can you match the pace of a production line while maintaining accuracy?

What you’ll tackle

  • Produce products that meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Apply training in Safety, QA, and USDA rules with precision; follow all USDA guidelines.
  • Maintain a safe, orderly environment and assist coworkers and your supervisor as needed.
  • Adhere to GMPs, including handwashing standards and the employee hygiene plan.
  • Report food safety or quality issues to supervision and/or QA immediately and meet customer requirements when applicable.
  • Support SQF Food Safety Code for Manufacturing standards across operations.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned or when you volunteer to help the team.

Qualifications

  • Required: hardworking, dependable, safety conscious, and team oriented.
  • Preferred: high school diploma/equivalent; basic reading, writing, and math.
  • Bonus: packaging experience; experience in a manufacturing environment.
