Job Title: Production Associate Level 1


Pay: $16.90 per hour


Hours: Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

As a Production Associate Level 1, you'll support daily manufacturing operations by efficiently packing, inspecting, and preparing products for shipment. You’ll be an essential part of a dedicated team focused on safety, quality, and teamwork, helping to keep the production line running smoothly and on schedule.


What You'll Do


As a, you will be responsible for:
  • • Safely and accurately packing products according to company standards and customer specifications.
  • • Conducting quality inspections of items, identifying defects, and reporting issues promptly.
  • • Properly labeling packages and completing all shipping documentation efficiently.
  • • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace to promote a productive work environment.
  • • Following safety protocols and adhering to all company policies for a safe workplace.
  • • Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.


What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • • No prior experience required—training will be provided, but warehouse, manufacturing, or packing experience is a plus.
  • • Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks consistently throughout your shift.
  • • Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and safety.
  • • Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
  • • Availability to work the full scheduled hours on a 4/10 shift.
