PCB Lamination Lay-up Operator – San Jose, CA – $20-$21/hr
Location: San Jose, CA
Shift: Swing Shift, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 – $21.00/hour
Job Purpose
We are currently seeking a candidate to join our Lamination Lay-up department.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate automatic and semi-automatic machines used in production.
- Run lamination presses.
- Break down finished product.
- Lay up panels into books.
- Enter production information into the computer system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the PCB industry.
- Ability to stand for long periods (up to 80% of shift).
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes quickly.
- Comfortable working with machinery and around chemicals.
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Available to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).
