The 737 program is looking for detail-oriented and proactive Electrical & Electronics Manufacturing Planners to join the 737 Electrical Corrective Action Team. This individual will contribute to 737 increasing production rates and new minor model certification.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing various tasks related to electrical wiring and installation plans. This role will require collaboration with a cross-functional electrical team, which includes Manufacturing Engineers, Design Engineers, and Shop Investigators, tasked with investigating and resolving emergent factory producibility issues.
Responsibilities:
Process PARs in Electrical Wiring Information Tracking System (EWITS).
Perform Producibility Check and release LCC() type changes and if needed release Production Illustration Revision Record (PIRRs)
Create and revise Out-Of-Sequence Installation Plans (OSIPs) supporting Engineering and Planning releases.
Update/Revise Installation Plans in Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPPII).
Update/Revise Installation Plans in Common Manufacturing Execution System (CMES).
Reallocate Wire Bundles and LMIs to support emergent requirements.
Ensure quality of work instructions, bill of materials, and illustrations used by Manufacturing.
Coordinate and integrate with other ME teams, Manufacturing, and Engineering.
Investigate and resolve manufacturing related issues.
Required Skills:
1 or more years' experience in a manufacturing production environment.
Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
1 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (Associate Level)
Preferred Skills:
3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (Mid-Level)
6 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (Senior Level)
Experience in Manufacturing Engineering Planning systems such as Product Data Manager (PDM), Computer Aided Process Planning (CAPP), Reference Engineering Data Automated Retrieval System (REDARS), and Wire Integration Retrieval System (WIRS)
