JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Planner 4

PAY RATE: $57/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary: 

• Develop and maintain manufacturing plans, Bills of Material (BOMs), work instructions, and build documentation.

• Create manufacturing concepts, tooling strategies, and production plans to support business objectives.

• Prepare build analyses and cost estimates.

• Integrate suppliers, processes, materials, technologies, and data to meet manufacturing requirements.

• Develop tooling requirements and manage tooling throughout its lifecycle.

• Investigate and resolve complex manufacturing and production issues.

• Perform producibility assessments and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop work statements, production sequences, scheduling templates, and process documentation.

• Create and maintain manufacturing standards, procedures, and best practices.

• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of related manufacturing, production, or planning experience.

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.

• Ability to read, interpret, and understand engineering drawings and specifications.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing planning, tooling, and production processes.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
